Mr. Reid is a geologist and capital markets executive with over 20 years of experience focused exclusively in the mineral resource space. Mr. Reid started his career as a geologist with Saskatchewan Geological Survey and Cominco Global Exploration after which he became a partner and senior mining analyst at Sprott/Cormark Securities in Toronto. He was then named Executive General Manager at Paladin Energy, where he was responsible for leading all merger and acquisition, corporate and market related activities. He is the former Managing Director Global Mining Sales at National Bank Financial, where he directed the firm’s sales and trading in the mining sector. Most recently, he acted as President and Director of Sulliden Gold Corporation, until its acquisition by Rio Alto Mining in 2014. Mr. Reid has been a managing Director at Aguia Resources Ltd. since 2015. He holds a B.Sc from the University of Regina, a M.Sc from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Mr. Pint is a capital markets professional with over 25 years of experience. Mr. Pint began his capital markets career on the Institutional Equity team at CIBC World Markets, where he held various senior positions and was instrumental in building and developing their Private Placements and Small Cap Equity group. Over his career, he has held a number of senior positions at various financial institutions and boutique investment banks in Canada. Mr. Pint has been involved in over 500 financings for companies in North America and globally. Mr. Pint has been acting as Executive Chairman of Aguia Resources since January 2016 and is the former President of Sulliden Mining Capital. Mr. Pint is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
Mr. Denis Arsenault is a Chartered Professional Accountant with more than 35 years of experience. He has held a variety of senior financial positions in a range of sectors, including mining and resources, communications, truck trailer manufacturing and life sciences. Mr. Arsenault was the former CFO of Sulliden Gold Corporation Ltd. and Central Sun Mining Inc.. Mr. Arsenault currently serves as a director of Murchison Minerals Ltd. and Belo Sun Mining Corp.. He formerly served on the board of directors of Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc., Rockcliff Resources Inc., Stonegate Agricom Ltd., MBAC Fertilizer Corp. and Alliance Grain Traders Inc.. Mr. Arsenault began his career with KPMG in 1981, before co-founding Wasserman Arsenault, Chartered Accountants. Mr. Arsenault holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
Mr. Timmins is a mining executive with over 20 years of technical and corporate development experience. Most recently, he worked for Agnico Eagle as Vice-President, Corporate Development, where he led several key acquisitions totalling over C$3.0B in value and key investments of approximately C$300M into junior gold companies. Mr. Timmins formerly worked in various operational capacities in the Red Lake camp for Placer Dome. He is a graduate of Queens University (MBA), the University of British Columbia (M.Sc. Metallurgy), and Bishops University (B.Sc.).
Mr. Pritchard is has over 30 years of experience in project and operations management in the mining industry both in North America as well as internationally, including, in particular, Brazil. Mr. Pritchard’s mining experience includes the management of pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, engineering, procurement and construction management projects. He has held senior executive positions at various organizations worldwide including SNC-Lavalin and De Beers Canada.
Mr. Milbourne is a metallurgist with over 40 years of experience in the development, design, construction and management of mineral processing projects in North America, South America and overseas. Mr. Milbourne is the former Vice-President of Technical Services and Operations for Sulliden Gold Corp., which was acquired by Rio Alto in 2014. Prior to that, he was Technical Director AMEC Mining and Metals where he oversaw process engineering and has international experience with BHP, Eldorado and Cominco. He has a B.S. in Metallurgical Engineering from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and a M.S. in Metallurgy from the University of Utah. Mr. Milbourne is a fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a registered member of SME.
Mr. Hylands has spent a majority of his career working in gold, base metals and iron ore exploration in Canada and internationally. He has held technical positions for several junior mining companies, where he developed grassroots mapping and sampling programs, managed large scale drill programs, and helped transition projects from early exploration to resource definition stage. Mr. Hylands holds a B.Sc in Geology from Western University in London, Ontario.
Mr. Amireault, MScA, P.Eng., holds a master’s degree in Applied Sciences from École Polytechnique of the University of Montréal and is a good standing member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec. Mr. Amireault has over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration, particularly in Central and South America. He was formerly the Vice-President of Exploration for Sulliden Gold Corporation Ltd. until its acquisition by Rio Alto Mining in 2014.
Miss Arsenault has been managing Investor Relations and Corporate Communications for various mining companies since 2008. From 2009-2014 she was Manager of Investor Relations for Sulliden Gold Corp., a publicly traded gold development company with projects in Peru and Quebec. She currently provides consulting services to Belo Sun Mining and Euro Sun Mining, and formerly worked for Central Sun Mining, Mason Graphite, Copper One Mining, and Dacha Strategic Metals. She holds a Bachelor of Industrial Design from OCAD University in Toronto.
Mr. Karellas has over 28 years of experience in various capital markets roles, including banking, financial advisory, and equity sales. He formerly held various positions at Canada Trust, Midland Walwyn, Merrill Lynch; as well as BMO Nesbitt Burns as a Financial Advisor managing investment portfolios for high net worth individuals, family trusts and private corporations. Most recently, he worked as an institutional equity salesperson for a Toronto brokerage firm specializing in renewable energy, technology, oil and gas and mining. Spyros earned his Bachelor of Administrative Studies (Accounting and Finance Majors) from York University, in Toronto.
Ms. Davies is a corporate securities lawyer with over ten years experience working as corporate secretary and legal counsel to various publicly traded junior mining companies. Ms. Davies has a broad range of international experience in the mining industry having held roles with companies with projects in North America, South America, Russia, Australia, Mali, Ethiopia and Burkina Faso. Brianna received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law in 2005 and an Honours B.A in Economics from McMaster University in Hamilton, Canada in 2002.
