Troilus Strengthens Balance Sheet by Posting Bond to Withdraw Security Deposit

March 5, 2019, Toronto, Ontario – Troilus Gold Corp. (TSX: TLG; OTCQB: CHXMF) (“Troilus” or the “Company”) announces that it has withdrawn its reclamation security deposit with the Government of Quebec totaling $3,972,976 in exchange for an underwritten bond from an insurance company. To purchase this insurance, Troilus has given a $1,589,190 deposit to the insurance company and will pay annual interest of 2.5% of the insured amount. The net impact of this is a cash injection of $2,383,786.
